Our business model works by connecting consumers to their clothing and the people that made them. A global connection for global change.Every shirt goes towards helping the women that made it, and others around the world, because Hope Line Inc creates a Dream Fund where the money can be used for micro lending and distributing sewing machines. By ordering our shirts and spreading the word, you help 20 women working for Hope Line Inc have access to education, career opportunities and the Dream Fund. In addition, the money goes towards projects around the world because Hope Line Inc has partnered with several nonprofits dedicated to Gender Equality and Women Empowerment.

OUR MISSION STATEMENTThe mission of Hope Line Incorporated is to empower women around the world through the sale of unique tee shirts that are made by the women. The women are given guaranteed employment and good, living wages by Hope Line Inc and receive additional funding to start their own business ventures and help achieve their dreams (see projects section).The process is very simple and makes good use of the enormous positive change that consumers can bring about. By using 100% of these profits towards women and concentrating the money towards specific projects, we are working to make the dreams of many women come true. Other up and coming designers will be able to design for Hope Line and spread the mission by designing and marketing the shirts. Hope Line is partners with Girls Helping Girls and will fund joint ventures around the world. Hope Line also directly connects its customers with the woman who made her unique shirt. Each shirt that is purchased will receive a unique ID number that the customer can use to see her direct contribution, represented as a dot, along with other Hope Line wearers around the world in a global forum where they can interact, vote on projects and further the mission of helping women achieve what they never thought they could. From the first steps of the shirt making process, to the end result, Hope Line prides itself on being committed to help women all around the world feel, look and BE great.

Aneesha RaghunathanAneesha Raghunathan is a 17-year-old student at West Windsor Plainsboro High School North, in Plainsboro NJ. She came up with Hope Line during a summer vacation to India where she witnessed firsthand the terrible sweatshop conditions that prevailed in the garment business. She decided to start her own non-profit, one that every step of the way, would empower women. From the women that are given jobs to make the shirts, to the women that will benefit from the funds raised by Hope Line, Hope Line guarentees 100% empowerment. Aneesha serves on her township's Human Relations Council, enjoys designing, dancing and playing tennis as well as vounteering with the Tutoring Society at her school. Aneesha has been recognized for her achievements through numerous scholarships. She has been selected for the National Honors Society, Global Challenge Award, and chosen to be the Program Director of Girls Helping Girls, a successful non-profit founded by Yale undergrad Sejal Hathi. Sejal HathiTrustee, Founder and CEO Girls Helping GirlsSejal Hathi, founder of non-profit sister organization Girls Helping Girls and Yale undergrad, has pledged herself relentlessly to creating a better world.As a USA Ambassador for the organizations Ashoka and Youth Venture, Sejal strives to build a global movement of youth entrepreneurship and motivate innovative social change among young people. Sejal has received many awards celebrating her work.
